Leasing follows and works closely with the goals management and owners set out to accomplish. Our approach is to thoughtfully prepare a leasing plan to ensure a proper retail tenant mix. Pointer identifies and attracts potential tenants through in depth industry and market research including cold calling and canvassing techniques. By maintaining relationships with national, regional and local retailers and their representatives, Pointer has a thorough understanding of the retail trends and market conditions. Maintaining established Broker relationships are of the utmost importance to Pointer. As in management, building long term relations is the key to our success.

Acquisitions

Our approach is to target secondary and tertiary cities with population growth potential. We accomplish this by researching the dynamics of each market and understanding of the “engines” creating that growth. Our systematic approach identifies the properties in a particular market that have the best possible likelihood of achieving the highest returns.
